Do you guys often feel suicidal?  I mean,, for the example: you made some mistakes that make you regret, depressed, screw your mind and whatsoever,, and then you have a will to kill yourself.......... uhm... no.. not that extreme i think, i mean to hurt yourself becoz of that guilty feeling, example: you hit ur head into the wall, or slap ur own face, bla bla bla something like that,,, pernah ga??!  I Think I lost My Seft Control Today...
